The kitchen is well-equipped with all you need for a self-catering break, with modern appliances including a dishwasher, and a 5-burner gas range cooker. Doors from the kitchen lead to an enclosed garden with patio seating.

The living room is a warm and inviting space with ample comfortable seating and an open fire, providing the perfect ambiance after a day of exploring Perthshire. Double doors open up the space, creating a seamless flow between the living and dining areas, perfect for socialising and enjoying each other's company.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Fontain House boasts four bedrooms, each tastefully decorated and designed for comfort. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a gorgeous en-suite with a rainfall shower and double sink vanity. An additional king-size bedroom, and double bedroom provide ample space for your group, while the twin bedroom offers stunning countryside views.
