The spaceGilmore House is a traditional Victorian property with a newly renovated extension, it retains many of its original features but with a modern feel, including the high ceilings, original doors and a stunning pink stair case.

To the front of the property are two reception rooms - a living room and a games room with a pool table, TV, board games, and some toys for the kids!
The rear of the property is newly renovated, and hosts a spectacular kitchen, living, and dining space with bluetooth ceiling speakers. The perfect space for a large group to socialise together. The skylights and bifold doors out to the decking area let you bring the outside in, and create a really special space with excellent natural light all year round.
The kitchen is equipped with all you need for a self-catering break, a quartz island with induction hob, a dishwasher, coffee machine, boiling water tap, wine fridge, and 2 Neff hide and slide ovens.
There’s a dining table with seating for 8, and an additional 4 seats at the island.
Each living space has a smart TV with access to Netflix, and Amazon prime.
There is a large desk, office chair and dual monitors in bedroom 5, should you require to mix business with pleasure.
On the landing is a sun room with large sofa and TV. This room boasts beautiful views of the Perthshire hills and is the perfect spot to capture a stunning sunset.
